As part of the US President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR), the Institute of Human Virology, Nigeria (IHVN), the lead implementer of the SURGE Grant in Rivers state contracted Idimibok International to implement in SURGE grant in 11 LGAs. Idimibok subcontracted implementation in the Ogoni land to Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH).
