The Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH), a leading indigenous NGO working across RMNCAH+N, HIV/AIDS, TB, malaria, and health systems strengthening in Nigeria, invites applications for the position of Director of Programs in Abuja.
This senior leadership role provides strategic, technical, and operational oversight of ARFH’s public health and development portfolio, ensuring program quality, strong partnerships, effective resource mobilisation, and impactful delivery across all thematic areas.
This position requires a highly experienced public health and development professional with strong leadership skills, proven success managing large donor-funded programs, excellent stakeholder engagement capacity, and a strong commitment to innovation and sustainable impact.
