At ARFH, we believe every woman, man, and young person deserves the right to plan their lives through safe childbirth spacing and access to family planning. Childbirth spacing not only empowers families but also reduces maternal and infant mortality, protecting the health of women and children.
Through the Community-Oriented DMPA-SC Self-Injection Acceleration in Nigeria (CODSAiN) Project, we work with the Government of Nigeria, State Governments, State Primary Health Care Boards and Agencies, Local Government Health Educators, and community-based organizations to strengthen demand generation and service delivery.
Implemented in Gombe, Kano, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and Yobe States, CODSAiN is bringing modern contraception and self-care innovations closer to women even in hard-to-reach areas.
