On Wednesday, the management and staff of the Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) held a send-off ceremony for its Director of Finance & Administration, Mr. Joseph Majiyagbe, who retired in March.
Mr. Majiyagbe also seized the occasion to launch his book titled, Dark Pallor.
