The Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) has received a grant from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation/CIFF towards the implementation of the Resilient & Accelerated Scale-up of DMPA-SC/Self injection in Nigeria and intend to apply part of the grant to print Trainers manuals and Participants Handbook for the DMPA-SC/SI national use. ARFH now calls for sealed financial bids.

Validity
Vendor proposals shall remain valid for 60 calendar days from the deadline for receipt of quotations.
Additional Information:
- All bid documents must be accompanied with a comprehensive company profile
- Audited Company Accounts for 2016 and 2017
- Evidence of similar jobs done for other organizations, most especially non-governmental organizations.
- Evidence of CAC Registration
- This request for proposals solicitation is a competitive process.
- 5% of the total contract sum would be deducted as withholding tax to Federal Inland Revenue Service
- The successful bidder(s) shall be notified in writing and will be invited to sign a contract with ARFH.
Submission of Quotations:
Quotations may be delivered by courier service clearly referencing the RFQ title. Hard copies must be sent in before the deadline. (Hardcopies are mandatory and email submission is not encouraged). The hard copies of the bids should be sealed in an envelope marked on the top right side with Printing of Manuals.
