Today, ARFH paid a strategic courtesy visit to MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices to strengthen collaboration and explore opportunities for partnership in advancing public health outcomes in Nigeria.
The meeting had in attendance Dr. Kehinde Osinowo, CEO of ARFH; Emmanuel Ajah, Country Director, MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices; Ogechi Onuoha, Deputy Country Director, MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices; Moses Odenyi, Director of Programmes, MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices; Chibuike Utaka, Head of Marketing and Communication, MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices; Esther Ishaya, Senior Family Planning Program Specialist, ARFH; and Samson Odukogbe, Senior Knowledge and Communications Officer, ARFH.
During the engagement, Dr. Kehinde Osinowo highlighted key areas of alignment between both organizations and commended MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices for its strides within the family planning and sexual and reproductive health ecosystem in Nigeria.
Samson Odukogbe presented ARFH’s ongoing interventions across the Community-Oriented DMPA-SC Self-Injection Acceleration in Nigeria (CODSAiN) project, HPV vaccination, HIV/TB programming, adolescent health, digital health, orphan and vulnerable children (OVC) interventions, and emerging opportunities for collaboration.
Esther Ishaya further highlighted ARFH’s institutional strengths in health systems strengthening and community-based service delivery.
In his remarks, Emmanuel Ajah emphasized the importance of leveraging the expertise and comparative advantages of both organizations to strengthen partnerships, resource mobilization, programme implementation, digital health innovation, and social marketing efforts. Contributions from Ogechi Onuoha, Moses Odenyi, and Chibuike Utaka also reinforced the value of strategic collaboration in improving health outcomes and expanding access to quality healthcare services across Nigeria.
