VEHICLES AUCTION!

Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) is a leading Nigerian fully indigenous, Non- Governmental, and Not-for-Profit organization had implemented projects across the 36+1 states of Nigeria on cross cutting programs including Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child and Adolescent Health plus Nutrition Investment Case (RMNCAH+N), Family Planning (FP), Global fund grants on HIV, TB and Malaria as Prime & Sub recipient, USAID grants on Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) among others.

ARFH is offering for sale USED Vehicles through open competitive bidding on the basis of “where is” and “as it is” with no warranties or guarantees expressed, implied or otherwise.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AUCTION:  

1. The Vehicles are available for inspection and bidding at ARFH Ibadan office from 9am – 4pm between 28th January – 10th February, 2026.

2. Interested bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes and should be dropped inside the BID BOX at the Reception section. Not sealing the envelope invalidates and will be rejected.
3. Winning bidder would be contacted after the bids are opened and evaluated.

4. Payment should be in favour of Association for Reproductive and Family Health upon notification by ARFH within 24hours of notification. ARFH will only issue official receipts for payments made, upon bank confirmation of deposits.

5. Vehicles are locally purchased hence customs duty payments are not required. Successful bidders will pay the seven and half percent (7.5%) Value Added Tax (VAT) to government through ARFH on every purchase.

6. ARFH reserves the right to sell to other bidders if payment is not made within the stipulated time.
7. Successful bidders must remove the vehicles from the premises within 24 hours after payment.
