TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AUCTION:
- The Equipment is available for inspection and bidding at ARFH Ibadan office from 9am – 4pm between 7th – 14th July, 2023.
- Interested bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes and drop at ARFH Reception. Not sealing the envelope invalidates and will be rejected.
- Wining bidder would be contacted after the bids are opened and evaluated.
- Payment should be in bank draft drawn in favour of Association for Reproductive and Family Health upon notification by ARFH within 24hours of notification.
- ARFH reserves the right to sell to other bidders if payment is not made within the stipulated time.
- Successful bidders must remove the equipment from the premises within 24 hours after payment.
