TERMS & CONDITIONS OF AUCTION:
- The vehicles, photocopiers and generator are available for inspection at the offices of ARFH and other organisations as indicated against each item in 1- 10 above.
- Interested bidders must submit their bids in sealed envelopes, using the BID FORM which is available for pick up at the Reception sections of ARFH and other organisations as indicated against each items in 1- 10 above.
- The bids in sealed envelopes should be dropped inside the BID BOX at the Reception sections. Invalid bids would be rejected.
- Winning bidders would be contacted after the bids are opened and evaluated.
- Payment should be in bank draft drawn in favour of Association for Reproductive and Family Health or respective organisations indicated against each item above, upon notification within 24hours.
- ARFH and respective organisations indicated above reserves the right to sell to other bidders if payment is not made within the stipulated time.
- Successful bidders must remove the vehicle from the location within 24 hours after payment.
