ARFH joined national stakeholders at the Commissioning of New TB Diagnostic Machines in Dutsen Makaranta PHC, FCT, graced by Representative of Her Excellency Sen. Oluremi Tinubu, CON, the First Lady of Nigeria and Global/National Stop TB Champion.
Hosted by Dr. Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, CON, Hon. Minister of the FCT, and supported by Dr. Adedolapo Fasawe, Mandate Secretary, this landmark event signals a renewed commitment to ending TB in Nigeria.
Representing ARFH was Dr. Queen Ogbuji-Ladipo, Board Chair, Stop TB Partnership Nigeria and ARFH’s Director of Program TB/HIV who reiterated the Partnership’s dedication to strengthening TB diagnostics and community-centered responses, continuous advocacy for increased domestic resource mobilization, health policy reforms and service integration in collaboration with state and non- state actors.
