The annual review meeting for the Community-Oriented DMPA-SC/Self Injection Acceleration in Nigeria(CODSAiN) project being implemented by ARFH in 8 states and funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is currently taking place in Abuja to review Year 1 implementation and chart the way forward for Year 2 implementation
In attendance today were Rodio Dialo, Senior Program Officer, Family Planning from BMGF, Dr. Kehinde Osinowo (ARFH CEO), Officials from the Federal Ministry of Health led by Dr. Binyerem Ukaire (Director and Head, Reproductive Health Division), Dr. Amina Moh’d (Deputy Director/HCU/ASH), Pharm. Ugochukwu Alex (Deputy Director and Head, Family Planning Logistics), Mrs. Madu Ezioma (Acting Head, Health Promotion Division), Dr. Kolapo Oyeniyi (ARFH Director of Programs), Dr. Uba Sabo (Program Manager), State FP Coordinators, & Health Promotion Officers from implementing states (Enugu, Gombe, Kano, Lagos, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, and Yobe), Representatives of Implementing CBOs, Partners, and project staff.
The meeting is packed with insights, dynamic, and engaging discussions.
