Cervical Cancer Elimination Day sends a powerful message: cervical cancer is preventable, and we have the tools to end it. This year’s theme, “Act Now: Eliminate Cervical Cancer,” calls for collective action to protect women and girls everywhere.
At ARFH, through the GAVI- and VillageReach-supported HPV project, we have supported states in HPV vaccine delivery, advocated with key stakeholders, and demystified myths and misconceptions about the vaccine.
Our school- and community-based initiatives ensure adolescents receive accurate, lifesaving SRH information, empowering families to protect their daughters early and prevent cervical cancer before it starts.
