Yesterday 16th July 2024, the Arfh team, led by the CEO Dr. Kehinde Osinowo, paid a crucial advocacy visit to Dr. Larai Aliyu Tambuwal, the Executive Secretary of the Sokoto State Primary Healthcare Development Agency. The purpose of the visit was to formally inform Dr. Tambuwal about the Vitamin A Supplementation Post Event Coverage Survey contract awarded to Arfh Nigeria by Nutrition International.
Dr. Tambuwal warmly welcomed the team and assured her full support for the successful execution of the survey. The meeting included detailed discussions on the survey methodology and the specific support needed from the agency to ensure comprehensive coverage and accurate data collection.
Key attendees included the ARFH Director of Programs, MEL Manager, State Team Lead for the PECS survey, and the Nutrition International State Officer. This collaboration marks a significant step in our efforts to improve child health and nutrition in Sokoto State.
