On May 28, 2025, the Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) engaged in a strategic dialogue with the Society for Family Health (SFH) to deepen partnership efforts in health promotion, health systems strengthening, and expanding access to life-saving interventions.
During the visit, ARFH Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Kehinde Osinowo, met with SFH Managing Director, Dr. Omokhudu Idogho, at the SFH headquarters in Abuja. Dr. Osinowo commended SFH’s expansion into other West African countries and highlighted the enduring collaboration between both organizations as instrumental in driving progress across the health sector.
Dr. Omokhudu, in his remarks, acknowledged ARFH’s leadership in community-based health programming and reaffirmed SFH’s commitment to continued partnership. He emphasized the importance of aligning with government priorities, strengthening private sector engagement, and leveraging each organization’s strengths to scale impact nationwide.
Also present at the meeting were Dr. Jennifer Anyanti, Deputy Managing Director Strategy, Technical and Growth SFH; Tope Kazeem, Director of Finance, ARFH; Esther Ishaya, Program Officer, ARFH; Yusuf Wada, Health Policy Officer, African Region, SFH; and Samson Odukogbe, Knowledge and Communications Officer, ARFH.
