Job Description

The Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) has received grants from diverse donors that include The Global Fund, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, DFID, etc. to implement programs for improving Reproductive Health & Family Planning, as well as for Care and Treatment of Tuberculosis (TB), HIV/AIDS and Malaria. Part of these grants is for the procurement of various goods & services and part of ARFH’s responsibilities to these donors is to ensure that procurement processes are transparent, efficient and product purchases and services provision are of the highest quality and cost effective.

A database shall be developed which will contain all registered vendors that pre-qualified and their details as submitted. All successfully prequalified vendors shall be listed with ARFH and included in the approved vendor list before contracts can be awarded to such vendors.

Specific Responsibilities

ARFH, therefore requests Vendor Pre-Qualification Submissions for the following item(s)/areas:

Required Experience

IT Supplies (e.g., Computers (Desktops/Laptops), Printers, Accessories, Toners,
Office Consumables and Stationery Supplies (e.g., A4 Papers, Writing Materials, Staplers, Binding Materials, Notebooks, Arch Lever Files, etc.)
Printing Services (e.g. Letterheads, Branded Materials, Insignias, Identity Cards, etc)
General Insurance (Motor Vehicle, Office Equipment, Furniture & Fittings, Group Life Insurance)
HMO
Advertising
Internet Service Provision
Vehicle Accessories
Vehicle Maintenance
Hotel Services
Vehicle Maintenance
Office Furniture Supplies/Maintenance
Vehicle Accessories (Tires, Rims, Seat Covers, Steering Covers, etc.)
Travel Agency
General Installation, Repairs & Maintenance Services (Generator, Electrical, Air Conditioners, Photocopiers, Printers, Computers, Intercom, Scanners, Water Dispensers Repairs, Plumbing, etc.).
Car Hire

Method of Application

Hard copies can also be submitted to our office located at Plot 2856, Lugbe 1 Extension Layout, Cadastral Zone 07-07, Beside Mobile CNG Filling Station, Airport Road, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT).

Deadline for Receipt of Submissions:

Submissions must reach the above mentioned address within 14 days from the date of this solicitation. ARFH reserves the right to not consider a submission received after the deadline.
