Title of Position:     TB/HIV Cluster Coordinator, Integrated TB/HIV Project

 

 

Specific Responsibilities

The TB/HIV Cluster Coordinator’s TOR among others includes:

  • Monitoring the activities of Hub and spoke sites on a daily basis
  • Ensuring complete Linkages of all presumptive TB cases.
  • Submission of timely and complete reports to the ARFH on the outcome of all referrals and services provision (weekly, monthly and quarterly) using the assigned reporting templates.
  • Any other assigned responsibility

Reports to:              Director of Program-TB

Required Experience

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria programming or related fields, and programs in developing countries.

Working experience with Global Fund, USAID or any other international donor-funded programs is desirable.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must have a university degree in any of the following fields: Social Sciences, Statistics and Public Health or related fields.

A master’s degree in public health will be an added advantage.
