Job Description

The LGA Coordinator will coordinate the implementation at LGA level, ensuring quality, equity and coverage of MNCH+N, immunization, and FP/RH services.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Liaise with LGA PHC Departments and Health Facilities to plan and monitor activities
  • Support capacity building, data collection, and supervision at facility level.
  • Identify and address bottle necks to service delivery and demand creation
  • Document lessons and contribute to adaptive learning at LGA level

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in health program implementation at LGA level

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Community Health or related field.  Master’s degree is an added advantage
  • Expertise with immunization, MNCH and FP/RH services in Nigeria
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
