The position of the Director of Programs requires a cross-cutting skill-set coordination in RMNCHAH+NM, HIV, TB and Malaria, implementing the organization’s programs and setting goals for revenue growth. S/He initiates and sets goals for all programs in accordance with the strategic objectives of the organization. S/He plans programs from start to completion, involving deadlines, milestones and processes as well as develops and approves budgets and operations.
