BID SOLICITATION FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF HEALTH MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION SERVICES

Job Description

The Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) has received grants from diverse donors including Global Fund, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, USAID, DFID, etc. to implement programs for improving Reproductive Health & Family Planning, as well as for Care and Treatment of Tuberculosis (TB), HIV/AIDS and Malaria. Part of these grants is for the procurement of health maintenance services for individuals and families of about a staff strength of 120 from Health Management Organizations in Nigeria.

Specific Responsibilities

ARFH, therefore requests for separate quotations (RFQs) from Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) for each of the following requirements:

Pre-qualification:

The RFQ documents should contain the following information:

Full details of the company’s profile
Evidence of company incorporation with CAC
Evidence of execution of similar job(s) in the past
Evidence of Payment of taxes/Tax Identification Number
Evidence to show accreditation as a HMO

Financial Bid/Price Quotes : This should contain the description and prices of services, terms and conditions, etc. The best price shall be selected after the financial bid analysis. Therefore, you are expected to present your best quote.

Required Experience

HMOs with robust and ample industry experience.

Minimum Qualifications

Only the Vendors scoring from 70% and above in the Pre-qualification will be considered for the Financial Bid Analysis.

Method of Application

Bids may be delivered by hand or courier service clearly referencing the RFQ title. The bids must be sent in before the deadline and should be in TWO separate sealed envelopes marked on the top right side with:

Deadline for Receipt of Quotations:

Submissions must reach the above mentioned address within 14 days (October 4^th – 17^th, 2022) from the date of this solicitation. ARFH reserves the right to not consider a submission received after the deadline. As part of ARFH Procurement Policy, the bids will be opened on 19^th October, 2022. Only vendors that scaled through the prequalification would be contacted.

Additional Information:

This request for quotation has been sent to other organizations hence will be very competitive.
The successful bidder(s) shall be notified in writing and will be invited to sign a contract with ARFH.
It is Mandatory for ARFH to deduct WHT for remittance to the Tax Authorities on behalf of the vendor.
ARFH is a Not-for-Profit NGO, thus, is exempt from payment of VAT
