The Association for Reproductive and Family Health (ARFH) is contracted by the UNESCO to implement Activity 4.1.12 of the EU-UN Spotlight Initiatives titled “Support Collaboration Between Schools and Health Facilities to Link Schools to Relevant Services On VAWG/SGB/CSE And SRH (Basic and Secondary Schools)”. Specifically, ARFH is supporting Collaboration between schools and health facilities to link schools to relevant services on Violence against Women and Girls/Sexual and Gender Based Violence/Comprehensive Sexuality Education and Sexual & Reproductive Health in selected Basic and Secondary Schools in Adamawa, Ebonyi and Sokoto States as well as FCT. As part of the resource requirements for project implementation, the organization intends to print branded T-Shirts and Glow Wristbands for implementing states. ARFH now calls for sealed financial bids from manufacturers, distributors, fabricators or manufactures’ representatives of these items.

Validity
Vendor proposals shall remain valid for 60 calendar days from the deadline for receipt of quotations. Additionally, for the successful bidder(s), the bids submitted shall also remain valid and not subject to review for a three-month period from the date of contract signing by the successful vendor.

- This request for proposals solicitation is a competitive process.
- All qualified bidders will be invited and must send a representative to witness the bid opening
- 5% of the total contract sum would be deducted as withholding tax to Federal Inland Revenue Service
- The successful bidder(s) shall be notified in writing and will be invited to sign a contract with ARFH.
Submission of Quotations:
Quotations may be delivered by courier service or e-mail clearly referencing the RFQ title. Hard copies must be sent in for any emailed quotations before the deadline (Hardcopies are mandatory). The hard copies of the bids should be sealed in an envelope marked on the top right side with Printing of Branded T-Shirts and Wrist Bands not later than 5.00 p.m. on Monday 22nd March, 2021.
