Job Description

The Program Manager will lead the overall coordination, planning and implementation of the MCGL/RISE Project, across the FCT.  S/He will serve as the primary liaison with the Prime Recipient, Government Partners and other technical partners and will ensure the timely delivery of results against project targets, budget and compliance requirements.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for project implementation in FCT
  • Coordinate integrated MNCH+N, immunization, and FP/RH activities across LGAs
  • Oversee budget management, work planning, and donor reporting.Foster partnerships with government, CSOs, and private sector actors.
  • Drive adaptive learning and use of evidence for program improvement.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 7 years’ experience managing USG or donor-funded health programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • MBBS, Master’s degree in Public Health, Nursing, Health Policy, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Proven experience in MNCH, immunization, or FP/RH programming.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and financial oversight skills
