ARFH Strengthens Health Systems and Collaboration in Kano State

The CODSAiN Project, in partnership with the Kano State Government, recently conducted a clustered refresher training on logistics data management for 620 healthcare workers across all 44 Local Government Areas from 26 November to 5 December 2025. The training, facilitated by Master Trainers from the Kano State Logistics and Commodity Management Unit (LMCU) and supported by the Kano State Primary Health Care Management Board and State Ministry of Health, focused on accurate data recording, reporting, and efficient commodity management.

Following this training, Dr. Kehinde Osinowo, ARFH CEO, held a high-level courtesy visit with the Honourable Commissioner for Health, Kano State to strengthen collaboration and showcase ARFH’s ongoing initiatives. The Commissioner pledged the state’s support for ARFH’s efforts, further reinforcing the partnership to improve maternal and child health outcomes, including childbirth spacing.

Through initiatives like the CODSAiN Project, childbirth spacing programs, and HPV vaccination initiatives, ARFH continues to empower women and adolescents, enhance health systems, and ensure better health outcomes across Kano State.
