As part of the 2024 World Patient Safety Day celebrations, themed “Improving Diagnosis for Patient Safety,” ARFH, represented by Dr Kolapo Oyeniyi, joined other stakeholders at the conference hall of the Federal Ministry of Health on September 17th, 2024, for the official launch of the National Patient Safety and Care Quality Policy Document.
The event presided over by Kachollom Shangti Daju, mni, Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Health and Social Welfare, standing in for the Honorable Coordinating Minister, Muhammad Ali Pate, CON, brought together key stakeholders from MDAs, WHO, Health Trust, ARFH, Jhpiego, and others.
In a goodwill message on behalf of the CEO of ARFH- Dr Kehinde Osinowo, Dr Kolapo Oyeniyi, Director of Programs, ARFH, underscored the importance of collaborative efforts to enhance patient safety and improve healthcare outcomes nationwide.
