Advocacy and Partnership Lead

FCT, Nigeria

Job Description

The Advocacy and Partnership Lead must ensure the advancement of immunization, MNCH+N, and FP/RH priorities in the FCT by driving policy engagement, technical advocacy and cross sector partnerships.

Specific Responsibilities

The Advocacy and Partnership Lead will:

Lead engagement with FCT PHC Board, SMoH, and other government stakeholders
Coordinate advocacy with CSOs, faith leaders and private sector partners
Develop policy briefs, position papers and advocacy materials
Support the use of global goods like the IA2030 Scorecard for accountability
Strengthen networks and coalitions to amplify organizational voice and project reach.
Maintain strong relationships with media and community leaders to promote visibility.
Align advocacy efforts with the MCGL/RISE Project objectives

Required Experience

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Health advocacy, policy engagement, or partnerships

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree in Public Health, Social Sciences, Communications or related field
Strong understanding of Nigeria’s health system and immunization landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
